Repair and Laundry Services

RefrigiWear performs cleaning, repairs, and alterations quickly and cost-effectively in our Dahlonega, Georgia facility. Please allow 2 weeks for standard repairs or alterations, and 3 days for cleaning services (not including shipping time). 

An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required before sending products in for repair. The RMA # and form (showing bar code) MUST be attached to the outside of the box for repair to be processed.

To begin a repair request:

  1. Attach the RMA form (showing bar code) to the outside of the box
  2. Ship to:

After we receive your repair, our team will review and provide you with detailed quote of the repairs to be made.

Please note:

  • All pockets should be cleaned out before sending garments in for repairs.
  • All garments submitted for repair are laundered upon receipt and prior to making any repairs. Laundry charges per garment are in addition to the charges for each repair being made. Any exception to this is made at the sole discretion of RefrigiWear’s Repair Department.
  • RefrigiWear garments should only be repaired by the experts in RefrigiWear’s Repair Department. Repairs performed outside of RefrigiWear’s Repair Department, even if using authentic RefrigiWear components, may prevent future repairs by RefrigiWear.
