Absolute Hands down best Winter Jacket I've owned. Cold Winters Contracting Overseas as a Aircraft Mechanic in less than desirable conditions. I'm still using my ErgoForce Jacket after 6+ years. Still warm, still keeps me dry, just weathered and worn. I purchased another, works great VERY durable. I'm very rough on the Jacket. It has held up and still takes the beats I constantly throw at it. Only problem... the new version DOES NOT come with the Hood. When it Snows, snow gets behind the Neck. You will have to put a Hooded Rain Jacket over it to keep the snow out. The ErgoForce Jacket keeps me warm and dry. BUT when the weather turns you'll need other protection to keep Snow and Rain out. All because there is NO hood. I've plowed Snow in the middle of a blizzard for 10+ hours stayed warm and toasty in my ErgoForce Jacket and Bib with the Hood. I understand that the product is designed for use Inside Refrigeration Units and not Outside in the Snow and Rain Storms but with a hood it WAS . After 6+ Winters I still grab my Old Hooded ErgoForce when the weather turns. Keep making a Great Jacket, just bring back the Hood so those of us that Work Outside can use it also.
