Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do I figure out what size garment I need?

A: When you visit our website, guide your mouse to “Resources” at the top right of the home page. In the drop down box, click on “Size Chart”. The chart will tell you what size garment you need to order based on your personal size. On each product page, underneath the product description, you will find the words “Size Chart”. Click on those words to prompt a pop-up size chart for that item.

Q: How do I reset/change my password?

A: If you have forgotten your password click on the "Sign In" link at the top right of the home page and then click on “Forgot Password”. Enter your email address that is associated with your account and click “Reset Password”. You will get an email with instructions to reset your password.

If you just wish to change your password, login with your existing credentials then hover over your user name (top right of the screen) and click on the My Account pop-up.  Click on Edit when you reach the “My Account” page.

Q: I can’t add an item to my cart…

A: Make sure you have selected the Color, Size, Fit and Quantity you need at which point the “Add to  Cart” button will turn a darker blue allowing you to add it to your cart.

Q: My Promo code won’t work

A: Promotional codes are very specific to certain dates and, in many cases, available for only certain products. Make sure the code has not expired. You will get a message at checkout if it has expired. Also, check to make sure the promotion applies to the item you are purchasing. For example, a code for a Softshell Jacket may not be used to get a discount on gloves. If everything looks right yet the promotion code still does not work, please call customer service at 800-645-3744.

Please note that promotional codes for consumer discounts will not work if you have a Business-to-Business (B2B) account with RefrigiWear since B2B customers already receive discounted pricing.

Q: How do I apply for a Business Account?

A: To sign up for a RefrigiWear Commercial Account visit https://www.refrigiwear.com/register and choose option 1, “Shopping for my Business/team”.  After receiving your information we will do the following:

  1. For Existing RefrigiWear Customers that need a new location or login we will make sure your information is correct in our system and return you a Username and Password within one business day.
  2. For New RefrigiWear customers we will set up your account information in our systems and return you a new Username and Password within one business day. Your initial terms will be Credit Card only. Should you wish to apply for Net terms you will need to contact Customer Service at 800-645-3744 after your account is set up.
  3. For new locations for existing RefrigiWear customers we will verify your affiliation with the existing account and set you up a new username and password to be associated with your new ship-to address within one business day. You will be assigned the existing terms of your parent company.
