Refrigiwear will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you products or services. If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you products or services contact us at keepmewarm@refrigiwear.com .  We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

We use appropriate and reasonable security measures to protect against the loss, unauthorized access, disclosure, misuse and alteration of personal information and other data. These measures include the implementation of commercially reasonable technical, physical and administrative data security safeguards. We require employees to complete appropriate training on data management and security practices. What about links to other websites and services? 
The Site may contain links to other sites that are not under our control. These websites have their own policies regarding security and privacy. You should review the policies of those other websites. We are not responsibe for the content or privacy policies provided by linked websites. These links are provided solely for the convenience and information of our visitors. 

Public forums
This Site may make available discussion forums, blogs, customer reviews, comment threads, message boards and other features.  Please remember that any personal or other information that you disclose in these areas becomes public information and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information.

Email policies
RefrigiWear’s email marketing is permission based. If you received a mailing from us, our records indicate that (a) you have expressly shared this address for the purpose of receiving information in the future ("opt-in"), or (b) you have registered or purchased or otherwise have an existing relationship with us. We respect your time and attention by controlling the frequency of our mailings. 

How can you stop receiving email from us?
Each email sent contains an easy, automated way for you to cease receiving email from us, or to change your expressed interests. If you wish to do this, simply follow the SafeUnsubscribe links at the end of any promotional e-mail from RefrigiWear. 

Applicable law; jurisdiction and venue
You agree that, in the event any dispute or claim arises out of or relates to your use of the Site or this Privacy Policy that you will attempt in good faith to negotiate a written resolution of the matter directly between the parties. You also agree that if the matter remains unresolved for forty-five (45) days after notification (via certified mail or personal delivery) that a dispute exists, all parties shall join in mediation services in Atlanta, Georgia with a mutually agreed mediator in an attempt to resolve the dispute. In the event that the dispute or claim remains unresolved after mediation, arbitration shall be the sole and exclusive method to resolve such disputes or claims. In the event that any such claims or disputes cannot be resolved through arbitration, any legal actions shall be governed by the internal laws of the state of Georgia, without reference to its choice of law provisions, and federal law, if applicable. If there is a dispute between you and us, you expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction and venue reside in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, United States, and you expressly waive any objection as to venue or personal jurisdiction.  In the event of any such action, you hereby expressly agree to accepting service of process via electronic communication.

Should you file any arbitration claims, or any administrative or legal actions without first having attempted to resolve the matter by mediation, then you agree that you will not be entitled to recover attorneys’ fees, even if you would otherwise be entitled to them.

Non-U.S. users; waiver
Information you provide to us through this Site or which is collected by this Site may be governed by U.S. privacy and data protection laws, which may be different from the privacy and data protection laws of other countries. Your use of the Site or submission of information through the Site signifies your consent to the applicability of the privacy and data protection laws of the United States. By using this Site, you hereby waive and release any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees and other dispute resolution expenses) arising from or relating to any alleged or actual violation or breach of the privacy and data protection laws of any foreign country by virtue of your use of this Site.
