1. I’m ordering for a business, can I do that online?

Yes, you will need a business login and you can get that here.

2. I have ordered before on your old website, can I use my same login?

No, but you only need to go to my account and enter your email address under existing customers. Your password is your account number. Be sure to capitalize letters in your password.  If you don’t have your account number, click forgot password and a temporary password will be emailed to you.

3. What if I can’t remember my login?

No problem, just go to my account and enter your email address under existing customer, then click forgot password and we will email you a temporary one, which you need to change under my account once you login.

4. Why do I see another person's name under My Account?

Logins for your company are connected through your account number. In some cases a randomly chosen contact from your company may appear under your account information. We are working to correct this error. In the meantime, be sure to enter your correct shipping address during checkout. This will ensure accurate delivery of your order, even if you see the wrong information under "My Account." If you are having trouble changing your password because of this error, please contact customer service and they will assist you.

5. Why did I receive someone else's order confirmation?

Logins for your company are connected through your account number. In some cases, this is causing a randomly chosen contact from your company to receive order confirmations that other people have placed. We are working to correct this error. If you are having trouble changing your password because of this error, please contact customer service and they will assist you.

6. What if I want to pay with a credit card?

During Step 2 of the checkout process, check the box that says “contact me to pay by credit card” at the bottom of the page and customer service will contact you to get that information after you complete your order online.

7. Where can I enter a PO Number?

During Step 2 of the checkout process there is a spot for you to enter your PO Number at the bottom of the page.

8. If I want embroidery on my garments, where do I enter that information?

When selecting items that require embroidery, be sure to check the "I request customization" checkbox located above "add to cart".

Then during Step 1 of the checkout process there is a box to enter embroidery notes. Customer Service will contact you, if necessary, after we receive your order to confirm the embroidery details.

9. I only see ground shipping as an option, how can I get expedited shipping?

During Step 1 of the checkout process, there is a box to enter order notes. You can enter here if you would like expedited shipping.

10. Why do I see another person’s name when I checkout or under my account?

Logins for your company are connected through your account number. You will be able to see all shipping addresses for your company; initially you may see a randomly chosen default contact. Be sure to enter your contact information during checkout to ensure accurate delivery of your order.
