The Waterproof Parka is ANSI Class 3 Compliant with reflective tape, has velcro side vents and interior waist cinch drawcord. It has inset knit cuffs and velcro wrist cinch straps, a lined collar with hidden roll-up waterproof hood, five waterproof exterior pockets, a hidden bungee clip for keys, a velcro-attached plastic ID pocket, and an interior zippered cell phone pocket.
